Mount Gay Rum
Honey, I’m home! If home is Barbados, we’re there too. Fresh flowers, vanilla and ripe banana underpin this tropical rum. Widely recognised as the oldest distillery in the world.
Pink Pigeon Vanilla Rum
Tickle me pink and send me to Mauritius, I’ve found true love. This one’s aged for a minimum of 5 years in American oak barrels, and infused with Bourbon vanilla.

Dalmore 12 Year Old
Dalmore 12 is aged for nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks. The result is a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.
Hennessy Cognac
A classic brandy taste, with a sweet fruitiness similar to burnt wine mellowed by a pleasant oakiness. We can’t think of henney-thing better (not even sorry).
Tamnavulin Single Malt
Another Speyside beauty. Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Best served with a terrible Scottish accent, ya wee donkey.

Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey
An easy to drink bourbon with classic bourbon flavors, and a bright softer side. Those flavours carry through the entire sip, although some char and black pepper do add spiciness to the finish.
Glen Keith Distillery Edition Single Malt
This new, no-age-statement whisky from Speyside is a gentle dram with notes of poached pears, honeycomb and vanilla toffee. We’ll skip mains and head straight to dessert, thanks.
Three Barrels Brandy
Bonjour to you too. We thought three was a crowd until we tried this brandy, aged in French oak casks the traditional way for a richer, rounder flavour – hints of almond, candied fruits and ginger.
